Pantonium is a fleet management software service started in 2009 by business partners Dr. Khun Yee Fung and Remi Desa. Pantonium’s mission is to provide people transportation companies with the best in class route optimization and dispatching software that trucking and freight companies have taken advantage of to increase the efficiency of their fleets. Our overall goal is to ensure people in need of transportation are being serviced efficiently in the medical transportation, non-emergency medical transportation, demand response, paratransit, ride share, and car share industries.
At our core we are a technology company that builds innovative solutions to develop new and improved ways of solving the critical problems of the people transportation industry. But we are also keenly focused on building long term partnerships with our customers. All of the Pantonium staff work on building solutions which allow our partners to be ready for the world where a workforce is in constant motion and where decisions need to be made instantaneously.
Khun Yee Fung
CTO & CO-FOUNDER
Khun Yee is the driving force behind Pantonium’s technology. As a technology entrepreneur, Khun Yee has been instrumental in designing the technology behind a number of different businesses. Recently as one of the founding members of Cube Route, a logistic and routing startup he architected the technology platform and helped grow the business to be sold to a publically traded company.
A practitioner in implementing optimization technologies for enterprise use and holder of Canadian and US Patents, Khun Yee has authored peer-reviewed academic papers and a book “XSLT: Working with XML and HTML” published by Addison-Wesley in 2001. Khun Yee obtained his doctorate in computer science from the University of Western Ontario.
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Remi is an entrepreneur by nature with an extensive background in operations and logistics. He has helped grow start-up businesses in the past to successful sale. Prior to starting Pantonium, Remi operated a strategy consulting firm that specialized in business process re-engineering for distribution organizations.
Remi’s focus at Pantonium is leading business development and sales as well as day to day operations. Remi received his electrical engineering and management science degree from the University of Waterloo.
Operations & Marketing
Daniel is a graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Daniel’s extensive background in economics and business has led him to successful ventures in both finance and B2B sales roles. His experience and knowledge have made Daniel a specialist for problem solving and customer service. As the coordinator of sales at Pantonium, Daniel acts as the point of contact for sales related inquiries and B2B problem solving.

Production & Operations Manager
Ky is a technologist who likes to solve problems and ensure systems are operating in the most efficient and optimal manner. He has a background in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University with an option in Computers. He previously worked at IBM and Descartes Systems before joining the Pantonium team. At Pantonium, Ky manages the production environment, ensuring all platforms are operating efficiently and effectively.
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Luke Mellor is Pantonium’s Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Graduating from Ryerson University with a Bachelor degree in Arts and Contemporary Studies. Luke has experience in research, design, writing, social media management, and corporate communication. He is our marketing presence, educating people and businesses about the capabilities and exploits of Pantonium as it grows and develops into an industry leader.
Operations & Client Support
Colin is a customer support specialist with a background in Business Administration & Information Systems from Trent University. With his past experience in information systems, software, and customer support, Colin’s focus will be on ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience with Pantonium, as well consistent and effective customer support for all of Pantonium’s clients.
Business Development Manager
Andreas is recognized for building business relationships while working with clientele from Canada, USA, Europe and Australia. His background in International Marketing, Business Administration and Human Resource Management combined with his experience in B2B and B2C environments add a unique perspective on business development. Andreas as part of Pantonium is a strategic addition to our core client focused belief.

Milos moved to join the booming technology industry in Toronto after he graduated with an Honours BA from Western University. Milos’ background in administration, human resources and client care has informed his choice to join the Pantonium team. Joining the ranks of Operations and Client Support, Milos’ focus will be on providing dedicated onboarding and personalized support for the businesses who rely on Pantonium to thrive successfully.
May is a senior developer who is experienced in building B2B web technology. She has a masters in computer science from Guelph University as well as an Honours B.A. in computer science from Ryerson University. At Pantonium, May manages strategic development projects to improve the Pantonium platform.

Pete has many years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, sales management, retail sectors, and office products distribution in unionized as well as franchised operations. As past President of Grand & Toy, Senior Vice President at Office Max Inc., and General Manager for Cara Operations, Pete brings tremendous management experience and industry knowledge to Pantonium. During his tenure at Office Max, Pete, tripled sales and increased profits 10 times, was responsible for 2,600 employees in Canada, 1200 in the US North East Region and 21 commercial locations – 70 retail locations in Canada, 10 in the US. He implemented a fully integrated computer system including new software, new hardware, new point-of-sale systems and a new communication system, acquired eight companies and integrated their operations.
Bernard Fleet, Ph.D
Dr. Bernard Fleet has over 30 years experience in the fields of environmental management and renewable energy. He is presently Senior Partner at Fleetec Inc., a technology consultancy group, board member of Electrovaya Corp and Adjunct Professor at Ryerson University, Faculty of Applied Science & Environmental Management. Dr. Fleet also serves as technical adviser to Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC), World Bank, International Development Research Center (IDRC) and NASA.
A former professor in the Department of Analytical Chemistry at Imperial College, University of London, Dr. Fleet leads both academic and business careers. Dr. Fleet received his Ph.D., from Birmingham University, a D.Sc., degree from the University of London and is a Fellow of the Royal Chemical Society.
Ryan has over a decade of leadership experience with growth-oriented, technology-focused organizations in the areas of strategy, business development, marketing and program management. He is currently Senior Advisor for IT, Communications and Entertainment at MaRS, Canada’s largest incubator for science, technology and social innovation.
Prior to MaRS, Ryan was VP, Marketing and Business Development at Customer1. Previously, he established the Canadian operations for Oracle|ATG (formerly eStara), a SaaS-based Customer Interaction Management (CIM) provider, growing their customer base and country revenue. Ryan’s experience includes co-founding and leading Cobblestone Value Chain Management, a marketing technologies start-up; as well as guiding Matthew Scott Data Marketing, a marketing services provider, through a period of rapid growth while developing a new technology platform. Ryan is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Richard has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and private industry, focusing on bridging strategy to operational improvements, specifically with respect to improving supply chain practices, redesigning processes & systems, and assisting companies with strategic & operational planning, start-ups, mergers, and high-growth opportunities. The majority of his experience is drawn from healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food and retail distribution
Richard is currently Managing Partner of InStride Solutions, a consulting firm focused on supply chain solutions, and supply chain as it drives business change and growth.Richard specializes in developing supply chain capabilities to create strategic advantage, while assisting in operations and strategic transformation. He is a graduate of University of Waterloo’s Environmental Studies Faculty and holds an MBA from UBC.
Anil Bhole is a lawyer, patent agent and trademark agent with a background in Computer Engineering. Anil is the founder and owner of Bhole IP Law (registered Ontario business name for Anil Bhole Professional Corporation), which works with tech start-ups to protect their intellectual property.
Anil’s practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent and trade-mark prosecution, technology licensing, industrial design protection and copyright. His focus is in technology innovation areas including e-commerce, social networking, mobile devices and applications, search systems, image processing and wireless signals. Anil works extensively with start-ups and entrepreneurs as well as university spinoffs. He also conducts guest lectures at the University of Waterloo and the University of Toronto.
