This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into Pantonium’s Terms of Service.

Pantonium Inc. (“Pantonium”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) respects your privacy.  This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out how we collect, use, and disclose data that we collect about you.  This Policy applies to the privacy practices of Pantonium, including on Pantonium mobile applications, software platforms and services and on any website or internet service under Pantonium’s control, whether partial or otherwise (the “Service”).

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

Information Collection

We collect several different types of information for various purposes when you use the Service to provide and improve the Service for you.  By using the Service, you are authorizing us to collect, analyse and retain information related to the provision of the Service.

Types of Information Collected

Personal Information

Personal Information means information about an identifiable individual such as name, email address, address, or phone number.  We collect this information when you provide it to us through your use of the Service.

Usage Data

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data (“Usage Data”).

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.  This Privacy Policy includes Pantonium’s Cookies Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Policy.

Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

Internal and Service-Related Usage

We use the information collected, including personal information, for internal and Service -related purposes, including to book trips with third party transportation providers operating the transportation services and may provide your information to third parties to allow us to facilitate the Service, including but not limited to third party transportation providers.

To Provide and Maintain the Service

Pantonium may use and retain any information we collect to provide and improve our services as well as to monitor and analyze the usage of the Service, to detect, prevent and address technical issues.

Communications

We may use information collected about you or provide it to the third-party transportation provider operating the transportation services to communicate with you by e-mail, telephone or text message about the Service and associated transportation services.  You may receive email, phone calls or text messages from us and the third-party transportation service provider operating the transportation services provided for customer-service related purposes.

Information collected may also be used to provide electronic communications about the Service from us and the third-party transportation service provider operating the transportation services including, without limitation, updates about the transportation service and to solicit feedback on your user experience which may include surveys.

By using the Service and/or providing Personal Information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically about security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your use of the Service.

Merger, Sale or Asset Transfer

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, bankruptcy, reorganization, receivership, transition of service to another provider or sale of company asset, your information may be transferred or sold as part of the transaction as permitted by law and/or contract.

Aggregate Data

We may de-identify and aggregate data collected through our Service and use it for any purpose.

Do not track

Our Service does not and will not respond to any “DO NOT TRACK” signals sent by your browser, device or otherwise

Transfer of Data

Information collected, including Personal Information, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside Canada and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Canada and process it there.  Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Pantonium will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Pantonium may disclose information collected, including Personal Information, in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • To comply with a legal obligation
  • To protect and defend the rights or property of Pantonium
  • To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
  • To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
  • To protect against legal liability

Security of Data

The security of information collected is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information about children under 13 years of age and do not want it.  Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age.  If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information through our Service. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 we will delete that information.

If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information, without your consent, please contact us at info@pantonium.com.  If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 13, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.

Accessing, Updating, or Deleting Your Information

You may request to access, update, delete or correct Personal Information we have in our custody by contacting us at info@pantonium.com.  We may request certain personal information for the purpose of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access to their Personal Information records.

Retention of Personal Information

We have Personal Information retention processes designed to retain Personal Information for no longer than required for the purposes set out in this Policy or to otherwise meet legal requirements.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.  We encourage you to please refer to this Policy often for the latest information about our Personal Information practices.  Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
